For Parents, Kids Beginner Kickboxing Classes
Absolutely. Our classes are designed to build confidence step-by-step. Many of our students started out shy or hesitant, but with patient coaching and a fun environment, they often become the most focused and enthusiastic in the room.
We welcome children from age 7 and up into our Kids Martial Arts program. Each class is tailored to their developmental stage so they learn safely, stay engaged, and grow at their own pace.

For Adults Beginner Kickboxing Classes
No. This program is specially designed for absolute beginners. We start with fundamental technique, gradually building strength and stamina. You don’t need to be fit to join — you’ll get fitter because you train here, under expert guidance, in a supportive environment.
Safety is a top priority. You’ll learn proper form and technique step by step, and classes are overseen by instructors who will correct posture, monitor intensity, and progress you at a pace that suits you. We emphasise smart training over ego — progress, not pain.

For Adults Mixed Martial Arts Classes
No. The Freestyle MMA track is designed to build on foundations, gradually introducing complexity. We give you structured progression, and you’ll train under world-class coaching with peers at similar levels — so you never feel left behind.
MMA training will incorporate additional skills such as grappling, clinch work, ground techniques, and transitions, beyond striking. It’s a fuller combat system. But rest assured: we break down every technique into manageable steps, so you can learn with confidence, even without prior experience.
Yes — we’ve designed class options to accommodate busy lifestyles. Many students train 2–3 times per week and still see significant progress. MMA is not just for elite fighters — it’s for anyone who wants a more comprehensive, dynamic practice. Plus, your training is efficient: you get great fitness, skill training, and mental challenge in the same sessions.
